Combine sugar,water and coffee in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture reaches a full boil.Turn heat down and simmer 20 minutes. Let cool. As soon as mixture is cool, add the vodka and vanilla. Seems to be better stored in a bottle. Can be used right away. I use an old wine bottle and make my own label.
