Crust - Mix Sifted Flour and Baking Powder (sifted together), Sugar. Add Butter and combine as pie crust. Press into 6 1/2 in. x 10 1/2 in. tin.

Rhubarb Mix - Beat 1 Egg and mix with 4 cup cut Rhubarb. Add 3/4-1 cup Sugar. Press into dough so they overlap.

|
Bake at 345 Degrees for 45-50 minutes.

|
Topping - Mix 3/4-1 cup Sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp. Flour, 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon. Cut in 2 tbsp. Butter. Refrigerate.
