Cream the oil and sugar together. Add eggs, cocoa, buttermilk and
beat for 2 minutes. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla,
and boiling water. Beat slowly for 2 minutes.
Grease 13x9 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
For Icing - Cream butter and sugar together. Add powdered sugar,
vanilla and cocoa. Add 1 tbsp milk at a time until desired
consistency.
