Ingredients
3 cups Chopped carrots
4-5 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
2 Tbs unsalted butter
1 1/4 cp water
 
Instructions
Place all ingrediants in saute pan and cook over high heat until boiling. cook until liquid has reduced about 10-15 minutes.
