Slice Apples and saute in 2 pats of the butter till soft. Keep warm.

combine eggs, milk, flour, and salt and mix well. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat a large cast iron skillet or oven proof large skillet on top of stove. Melt the remaining butter in the skillet.

Pour egg mixture into hot skillet and place in preheated oven. Cook for aproximately 30 minutes or untill pancake is puffed and browned.

|
Remove from oven and transfer the pancake to a platter. Add cooked apples to the center, dust with powdered sugar. Cut into 4 peices and serve with honey or maple syrup.
