8 oz. pint small curd cottage cheese or plain yogurt

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

4 T. flour

1 tsp. onion powder

1/2 pound cooked and chopped bacon

1 c. asparagus spears cut to 1-2 inches

2 c. Monterey Jack cheese

1 pie crust
Instructions
Mix together eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese or yogurt, Parmesan cheese, flour, and onion powder.
Stir in bacon, asparagus and cheese.
Pour into 9 or 10 inch quiche or pie dish with crust (or you can make it a crustless quiche). You do not need to bake the crust in advance.
Back at 350° until center is firm (approximately 45 minutes). Let set for 5 minutes.

Suggestions
Serve hot or cold. To reheat, microwave for 1 minute.
