In a large stainless steel frying pan heat oil slightly, add tofu, cover and cook on Medium. 45 minutes? 1 hr. it will start to get Crispy
|

|
Douse with soysauce and Yeast stir and uncover
Do this 2X's with 5 minutes btw.

|
Add the Green and red onions, and mushrooms
|
|
|
Lastly add the Pepper diced as small as tofu. Stir and cover for 5 minutes
|
