2 kiwis, peeled & diced
2 Golden Delicious Apples, peeled & diced
8 oz. raspberries, cleaned
1 lb. strawberries, cleaned and diced
2 T. white sugar
1 T. brown sugar

Butter spray
2 c. cinnamon sugar

10- 10 inch flour tortillas.

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix fruit, sugars & preserves. Cover and chill for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°. Cut tortillas into 8 pieces, spray butter on each side, lay on a baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle the tops with the cinnamon & sugar mixture.
Bake 8-10 minutes. Repeat until all of the tortillas are finished. Cool for 15 minutes.
