Cut out mushroom stems.Chop. Saute onion in margarine. Add mushroom stems, bacon and sherry to pan. Remove from heat and add cheese.
Spray 9x13 pan with butter spray. Stuff mushrooms and place in pan. Overspray all, lightly, with butter flavored spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
