Ingredients

-	1/4 Cup red onion, diced
-	1 Clove garlic, minced
-	2 Plum tomatoes, diced
-	1 Avocado, diced
-	2 oz. Feta cheese
-	1 T. Fresh parsley, chopped
-	1/2 tsp. Dried oregano
-	1 T. Olive oil
-	1/2 T. Red wine vinegar


Instructions


Toss ingredients in a nonreactive bowl. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to mash the avocado. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
