9 larger potatoes
|
|
8 oz cream cheese
|
|
1 cup sour cream
|

2 teaspoons salt
|

1/4 teaspoon pepper
|

2 tablespoons butter
|

Instructions |
|
|
Boil potatoes until tend, drain, mash.
|
|
|
Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, and butter, beat until fluffy.
|
|
|
Put in greased shallow casserole dish and dot with butter.
|
|
|
Refridgerate over night or until ready to cook. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes uncovered.
