Mix 1 pound hamburger, 1 teaspoon parsley, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup oats. Form into balls. Brown meat balls on all sides and add to sauce.
Mix all ingredients, simmer several hours til thick.
