     Bread cheese dip

Ingredients
1 round loaf of bread
2 cups 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2-3oz pkg cream cheese softened
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup diced cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 3oz can green chilies chopped
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
 
1 Tbsp butter, melted
raw vegetables broccoli, celery sticks etc

Instructions
preheat oven to 350. slice off top of bread. reserve top. hollow out inside with small paring knife leaving 1/2 inch shell. cut removed bread into 1 inch cubes; reserve for toasting
combine cheddar, cream cheese and sour cream in bowl. stir in ham grren onions, chilies and worcestershire. spoon cheese filling into bread shell, replace top of bread
tightly wrap loaf with several layers of heavy duty aluminum foil, set on cookie sheet bake in 350 oven for 1 hour and 10 min. or until cheese filling is melted and heated through.
stir bread cubes, oil and melted butter. arrange on cookie sheet bake at 350 for 10 min. when bread is done remove, unwrap, transfer to platter. remove top of bread. stir filling before serving. use toasted bread cubes and assorted vegetables as dippers for the dip
