     Mexican Chicken & White Rice

Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Jar Salsa
1 (16 oz.) package of Monterey Jack Cheese
White rice
Tortilla Chips
 

Instructions
In a 9in x 13 in pan, cover the chicken breasts with the salsa.
Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cover each breast with Monterey Jack Cheese.
Bake for 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with white rice and tortilla chips
