Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Meanwhile in a large skillet, cook beef & onion, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, mushrooms & seasoning.
Spread 1/3 of meat sauce in a 5 quart slow cooker coated wtih nonstick cooking spray. Cover with 1/3 of the noodles and pepperoni.
Sprinkle with 1/3 of each cheese. Repeat layers two more times.
Cover & Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through & cheese is melted.
