     Angel Biscuits

Ingredients
1 Package Yeast
1/4 Cup Warm Water
2-1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Crisco Shortening
1 Cup Buttermilk
 

Instructions
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar; cut in shortening. Stir in yeast and buttermilk. Blend well. Turn onto a floured board; knead lightly. Roll out, cut, and place on greased baking pan. Let rise slightly. bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
