     Best Yet Cake

Ingredients
1 Yellow Cake Mix (No Pudding)
1 (11 oz) Can Mandarin Oranges With Juice
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Flaked Coconut
2 Tablespoons Flour
 

Instructions
In a large bowl, beat cake mix, mandarin oranges, eggs, oil, coconut, and flour with an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Pour into 3 (8 inch) greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely. Remove from pans and spread icing between layers, sides, and top of cake.
Icing 1 (8 oz) Regular Cool Whip 1 (8 oz) Can Crushed Pineapple with Juice 1 (3 oz) Box Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
In a bowl combine, Cool Whip, Crushed Pineapple with Juice, and Instant Pudding. Mix well by hand. Ice Cake. Store in refrigerator.
Serving Suggestions
Note- There is enough icing to cover the entir cake. This cake is light and refreshing and delicious to serve in the summertime.
