Preheat oven to 450 and lightly mist a 13x9 glass
baking dish with olive oil spray
Cook ziti according to package directions until al
dente. Drain.
Mix ricotta, egg whites, all but one cup of the
mozzarella until well combined. Add garlic powder
and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Stir in cooked pasta until well combined.
Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on bottom of dish.
Add half of the pasta in an even layer over the
sauce. Top pasta evenly with 1 cup sauce. Layer
remaining paster over sauce. Spoon remaining
sauce evenly over pasta and sprinkle with
mozzarella.
Bake for 20 min. Let stand for 5
