Put vanilla wafers in shallow bowl, sprinkle with rum and bourbon.
Combine 1 1/4 cup sugar, flour, salt, milk, egg yolks, 2 tsp vanilla
in top of double boiler. Place over simmered water.
Do not let water boil or touch bottom of pan. Stir constantly until
thick enough to coat back of metal spoon. Place top of double
boiler in bowl of ice water. Stir 5 minutes to stop cooking. Layer
1/2 vanilla wafers, 1/2 bananas, 1/2 custard, 1/2 crumbled heath
bars in 8 x 12 baking dish. Repeat layers.
Whip cream with 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 tbs. sugar. Spread whip
cream over pudding. Sprinkle heath crumbles on top.
