     Salmon Glazed with Honey and Mustard

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup of dijon mustard
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
6 6-7 oz. salmon fillets
3 tbs. of chopped up dill
 

Instructions
Whisk first 6 ingredients together in 8x8x2 inch glass baking dish. Add salmon and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly oil rimmed baking sheet. Transfer salmon fillets, skin side down, to prepared sheet, reserve 1/3 cup of marinade for glaze. Sprinkle salmon with dill. Bake for 8 minutes, and then brush with reserved glaze. Continue baking until just opaque in center, about 8 minutes longer.
