3 1/4 cups bread flour (can use all purpose flour but rolls won't be as light)
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons yeast
Place ingredients in bread pan in order listed. Select sweet dough cycle. Brush tops with margarine.
Grease cookie sheet. Divide dough into 12 pieces. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Brush with margarine. Cover and let rise 30 to 40 minutes or until double. Heat oven to 375 degrees and bake 12 to 15 minutes.
For whole wheat rolls, I use 2 cups whole wheat flour and 1 1/4 cups bread flour. I have used this recipe to make hamburger and hotdog buns too.
