Coriander-Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
-
3 TBSP Ground Coriander
-
1 tsp kosher salt
-
1 tsp pepper
-
4 Wild Sockeye Salmon Fillets
-
2 TBSP 100% Pure Olive Oil
 

Instructions
Preheat large saute` pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Combine coriander, salt, and pepper; then coat both sides of salmon (or any fish), wash hands.
Place oil in pan, then add fish; cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until 145 degrees F and fish flakes easily. May be served with a salad.
