Ingredients
4-6 boneless chicken breasts
eggs
seasoned bread crumbs
2 cups chicken broth
mushrooms
sliced munster cheese
 
Instructions
soak in beaten eggs. toss in seasoned bread crumbs and brown in melted butter
spread chicken in 9x13 pan (cover with mushrooms and sliced munster cheese)
pour over 2 cups chicken broth over top. cover with foil and bake 1 hr 350 degrees
