     Sopaipilla Cheescake

2 (8 oz.) cans refrigereated crescent dinner rolls
2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
3 t. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 13x9 inch baking pan. Unroll 1 can of crescent dough; press into bottom of a buttered baking pan; press perforations to seal.
Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing well. Pour over dough in baking pan. Top with the other can of crescent dough. melt butter and pour over top. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over butter. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until lightly golden brown. Cool before serving. Serve with honey.
