     Pork Chop Potato Casserole

Ingredients
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 carton sour cream
6 pork chops
flour
salt and pepper to taste
5 cups sliced potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
 

Instructions
Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch rounds. Combine soup and sour cream in bowl, mixing well. In a separate bowl, mix flour with seasonings. Wet pork chops and them coat them with the seasoned flour. Place potatoes in a 9x13x2 inch buttered casserole. Arrange pork chops on top. Cover with sour cream mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 25 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
