Ingredients
1 pkg breakfast sausage
10 eggs
3 cups cream
1 tsp salt
1 bunch green onions
1 tsp dry mustard
16 oz day old bread cubed
4 oz cheddar
4 oz swiss
 
Instructions
Grease 9x13 pan- put bread in pan
Sprinkle bread with cheese and sausage
Combine remaining ingredients, poor over bread, and refridgerate overnight
Bake at 350 for one hour
Serving Suggestions
ham or bacon can be used instead of sausage
