     Vegetarian Pate

Ingredients
2 cans well drained peas
4 medium onions
1 cup walnuts
3 hard boiled eggs
peanut oil
 

Instructions
Slow saute the onions in Peanut Oil (Only peanut oil - no substitute) until golden brown for about 1 hour. Mix all up in a food processor until well mixed (use slow not beat) Put in serving dish.
This tastes surprisingly like real pate without the livers and fat content.
Serving Suggestions
Serve on crackers or toast tips. Good in celery et
