Heat oven to 400. Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly (but don't add until the end). When stirring, make sure to just use a fork and not an electric mixture or the consistency will be wrong.

Cream together the butter and sugar. Gradually beat in the eggs and vanilla (add a pinch of salt if you want but I leave it out). Add the flour and then blend in the chocolate.

Spray nonstick stuff on the pans and pour the chocolate mixture in. Place tins on a baking sheet and cook for 8-12 minutes.

|
The middle of the cake should be darker and look uncooked when you remove it. Let them cool a minute or two then flip the tin over into a bowl to get them out.

They are best served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a bit of whip cream, red and blue berries, and chocolate sauce
