Ingredients
1 or 2 onions
500g minced beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Dice onions. Combine all ingredients well. Shape mixture into rissoles and fry until well-cooked and nicely brown.
You can roll them in flour and cook in hot vegetable oil if you desire.
If you dip the rissoles in cold water before rolling them in flour they won't crack during cooking.
Serving Suggestions
Vegetables or salad
