     Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 lb chicken cut up and cook till tender. Cool and pick off bones and cut in pieces
1/2 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 cup sliced celery
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can mushrooms
1/2 cup slivered almonds
3 T onions
 
2 T lemon juice
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Instructions
mix above ingredients with chicken pieces
top with 1 cup grated cheddar cheese and 1 can fried onion rings crumbled
put in a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 30 min.
