     Baked Beans

Ingredients
1 lb bacon
2 medium onions
salt and pepper
1 can Great Northern Beans - drained
1 can Dark Kidney Beans - drained
1 can Pinto Beans - drained
1 can Black Beans - drained
1 can Butter Beans-drained
2 cans Bush's Original Baked Beans undrained
 
3-5 oz tomato paste
2 cans of diced tomatoes (low sodium)
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 T balsamic vinegar
2T honey mustard
2TWorcestershire sauce
1/2 t chili powder
dash of cinnamon
2T honey

Instructions
Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces, fry & drain on paper towel
Use the same pan, dispose of bacon grease except 1 T and add 2T olive oil and saute 2 medium onions diced, salt and pepper. While onions are cooking open cans of beans and drain except for the Bush's baked beans and keep aside.
When onions are soft and starting to brown add the tomato paste and the 2 cans of low sodium diced tomatoes along with brown sugar and rest of ingredients. Add the open cans of beans. Stir and bring to a boil, season to taste
You may serve immediately or put beans in a bean pot and cook for 1 hour at 350. You may also lower the temp and leave in oven for longer.
