2 packages beef ramen
|
|
1 lb of ground beef
|
|
1 garlic clove, minced
|
|
1 can diced tomatoes
|
|
2 tsp dried basil leaves
|
|
1 cup of water
|
|
1 bell pepper chopped, any color
|
|
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
|
|

Instructions |

|
Break ramen blocks in half and cook. Reserve one seasoning pack, discard the other.
|
|
|
Cook beef and garlic in skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat. Add basil, water, and seasoning pack. Heat to a boil.
|

|
Add noodles, peppers, and tomatoes.
|
|
|
Cook about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and let melt.
