Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed together into a dough. Roll dough into 1 inch, to 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Make for 6 to 8 minutes, or until light golden. The bottoms will be golden. The cookies taste better when they are slightly undercooked. Allow cookies to cool. Then top with vanilla frosting (Philsbury funfetti frosting). Decorate with sprinkles.
