     Mini Meatballs

Ingredients
Meatball Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs or 1/2 cup oatmeal
2 eggs
1/2 pkg. Lipton Onion soup mix (or 1 small onion grated)
2 teaspoons dry parsley flakes
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Add approximately 1/2 cup water
Sauce
 
1 can tomato soup
2 cans tomato sauce
Add the other 1/2 pkg. Lipton Onion soup mix
Add gravy master for coloring and thickening
Optional- small can mushrooms (drained)

Instructions
In a bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Use a melon scoop to measure meat, roll into a ball and place on a cookie sheet. Bake in a 400 degree oven until lightly browned - 15 to 20 minutes (meatballs will continue to cook in sauce).
Combine sauce ingredients in a large saucepan and simmer while meatballs are cooking. Place browned meatballs in sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes to let the flavors blend. Serve hot.
