     Spinach Filled Mushrooms

Ingredients
16 to 20 mushrooms, 1½ to 2 inches
1 pkg. (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
½ tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. butter
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese (more if desired)
 

Instructions
Remove stems from mushrooms. Microwave spinach in covered bowl for 5 to 6 minutes. Drain well.
Combine milk, flour, and salt. Stir into hot spinach. Add butter. Microwave uncovered for 2-2½ minutes or until thickened.
Stir in cheese. Fill mushroom caps with mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (if desired) and place on a buttered shallow baking dish.
Bake at 300° for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
