Heat oven to 425 degress.
In large resealable plastic bag, combine 2 lbs. potatoes, cut into wedges, 1 tbs. mexican seasoning, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. black pepper,
shake bag to coat potatoes evenly.
Place potato wedges on bakeing sheet coated with butter-flavored cooking spray.
Bake 30 min. or until fries are golden brown. turning occasionally.
