     Fluffy Frosting

Ingredients
1 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine (room temperature)
1/2 cup Crisco Shortening
1 cup sugar (splenda or similar substitute works too)
 

Instructions
Mix flour and milk (I use a shaker). Pour mixture into small sauce pan and heat over medium high until mixture is tt thick, about 6 minutes. Stir constantly, especially during last 3 minutes because mixture must be smooth (If it gets lumpy, put it in the blender). Cool completely. I usually do this step prior to baking cake. I also refrigerate it to chill it.
Mix shortening margarine and sugar with electric mixer at medium high until very smooth and fluffy, at least 10 minutes. Add milk and flour mixture. Beat at medium high for another 10 minutes until mixture is smooth and creamy.
