     Quick and Creamy Veggie Bean soup

Ingredients
4 C prepped tomato soup, low sodium
2 C frozen brocooli florets
2 C frozen chopped spinach
2 C carrot juice
1 C frozen chopped onions
4 cans cannellini beans or other white beans, no salt
3 fresh tomatoes chopped
1 bunch fresh basil chopped
4 Tbs salt free herb season
 
1 tsp garlic powder
Italian seasoning to taste
1/2 C raw cashew nuts
1/4 C pine nuts

Instructions
In soup pot combine all ingredients, except cashews and pine nuts.
Cover and simmer for 30-40 min
In high power blender blend 1/4 of soup mixture with cahsew nuts and add back to soup pots
Serving Suggestions
serve with pine nuts sprinkeled on top
