Pre-heat oven to 350. Mix eggs and milk. Soak bread until dissolved.

|
cook summer squash and drain. saute onion in butter in seperate pan
|
|
|
|
add squash and onions to bread mixture stir in cheese. mix everything together
|
|
|
|
Bake uncovered for 30-35 min
|
