1) Salt and pepper chicken 2) Slice the chicken and sausage. 3) Brown chicken for a few minutes until then add the sausage for 3 to 5 minutes and brown that. 4) (If using shrimp add for 2 or 3 minutes at the end of the browning process 5) Set aside meats
Take half of each pepper and chop them up along with the onions and celery. Also add in garlic (pressed) and put in the same pan as the meats. Do this until veggies are soft
Add in can of tomatoes, chicken broth, rice, Cheyenne pepper, bay leafs and the meat. Stir together.
Cook for 30 minutes.
