     Rustic Pizza Pie

2 6.5 pouches pizza crust mix
1 cup pizza sauce
1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded provolne cheese
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped Genoa salami
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 egg, beaten

Prepare dough according to package. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2 inches. Cook sausage in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain.
Divide dough in half. Press or roll one half of dough into 13-inch circle on lightly floured surface; press in pie plate. Sprinkle sausage over dough in pie plate. Mix cheeses; sprinkle over sausage. Top with pizza sauce, mushrooms, salami, onion and basil; drizzle with oil.
Press or roll remaining dough into 11-inch cricle on lightly floured surface; place over filling. Pinch edges of dough together to sea; roll up edge of dough, forming a rim. Prick top of dough thoroughly with fork; brush with egg.
Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
