     Mint Choc Chip Ice cream

Ingredients
2 cups 2% milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp peppermint extract
green food coloring
1 cup semi sweet choc chips
 
Instructions
In large bowl combine milk, cream, sugar, salt, vanilla, and peppermint. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Add food coloring
Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to makers instructions
Add choc chips 10 mins into freezing after ice cream has started to thicken.
Put in freezer for 2 hours for firmer ice cream
