Ingredients
1 1/3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. oil or shortening
2/3 c. cold water
 
Instructions
Mix together. Drop onto top of stews. Cover and cook until done. 5 minutes or so.
