     Rocky Road Fudge

Ingredients
3 cups sugar
6 tbsp margarine
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 (12 oz) package semisweet chocolate morsels
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups mini marshmallows, frozen, divided
 

Instructions
Line a 9x13 inch pan with foil; set aside.
In a Dutch oven, heat sugar, margarine, and milk over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, and cook, stirring constantly, for 4 mins. Remove from heat, and stir in chocolate morsels and marshmallow creme; stir until melted. Stir in vanilla, pecans, and walnuts.
Working quickly, stir in 1 cup frozen marshmallows just until coated. Immediately spread in an even layer in prepared pan. Top with remaining 1 cup marshmallows. Cool completely, and cut into 24 squares.
