     Broccoli, Chicken & Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 TB butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
1 small Cheez Whiz
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
1 lb broccoli, chopped
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 
Cavender's Greek Seasoning (to taste)
2 TB butter (for top of casserole)

Instructions
Saute onion and celery in butter. Add 2 cans cream of chicken and water. Stir well. Add Cheez Whiz and stir until melted. Add rice and broccoli. Mix well. Pour into 9 X 13 casserole
Season chicken breasts with Cavender's greek seasoning. Place breasts on top of rice mixture. Put small pats of butter on top. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
