Brown rice and onion in butter. Pour into greased, casserole pan. Season with seasoning salt and celery salt. Add chicken broth.
Season breasts with Cavender's and lay on top of rice.
Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes.
