     Swiss Steak

Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 lbs round steak
flour
1 egg
salt, pepper (to taste)
garlic salt (to taste)
celery salt
2 cans Campbells tomato soup
 

Instructions
Season meat with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Dip beef in flour, egg, and then flour again. Fry quickly to brown crust.
Place meat in crock pot.
In separate bowl, mix 2 cans soup, 1 can of water, salt, pepper, garlic salt and celery salt to taste. Cover meat with soup mixture.
Cook on high approx. 4 hours or on low setting for 8 hours. Can be cooked in a 350 degree oven for 90 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
If you need more juice to cover meat, use 1/2 to 3/4 can water per each additional can of soup.
