1 1/2 to 2 lbs round steak
|

flour
|
|
1 egg
|
|
salt, pepper (to taste)
|

garlic salt (to taste)
|
|
celery salt
|

2 cans Campbells tomato soup
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Season meat with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Dip beef in flour,
egg, and then flour again. Fry quickly to brown crust.

Place meat in crock pot.
|
|
|
In separate bowl, mix 2 cans soup, 1 can of water, salt, pepper,
garlic salt and celery salt to taste. Cover meat with soup mixture.
|
|
|
Cook on high approx. 4 hours or on low setting for 8 hours. Can be
cooked in a 350 degree oven for 90 minutes.

|
If you need more juice to cover meat, use 1/2 to 3/4 can water per each additional can of soup.
