     Bread & Butter Jalapenos

3 lbs fresh jalapeno peppers
5 cups sugar
3 cups white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp tumeric
1 1/2 tsp celery seed
2 TBSP mustard seed
2 tsp salt

Wash and stem jalapenos. Cut in circle rounds including seeds.
Put all ingredients in large pot. Boil for 20 minutes or until tender.
Place in canning jars, seal and put in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
Makes 6-8 pint jars.
