     Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
Saute-
1 head fresh broccoli (or 2 -10 oz frozen chopped)
2 shredded carrots
Small onion chopped
1/2 stick margarine (if getting dry add a little water)
Add;
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb grated velveta cheese
 
4 c milk
Instructions
Heat thoroughly and be careful, it burns on the bottom easily.
