Sift dry ingredients together
Cut butter into mixture and add dairy
Knead with hands into a rough mixture
Roll with rolling pin to desired thickness (about 3/4 of an inch)
Use tin to cut circles out of dough
Combine leftover mixture back together and roll out until all dough is used
Bake on sheet tray with parchment paper at 350 degrees for 8-12 min or
until golden brown on top.
Should yield about 20 biscuits

Put quartered strawberries in bowl with sugar, vanilla and fresh mint
Mix lightly
|
|
|
Combine cream, sugar and vanilla in another bowl
Whip cream until hard peaks
|
|
|
To serve pull biscuit apart at its seams with knife or hands
Fill with cream mixture
Top with strawberry mixture and more cream
